SENSITIZATION CARAVAN ON SCHOOL RESUMPTION IN ANGLOPHONE CAMEROON BY CHAMEG NGO (10)

The sociopolitical crisis engulfing the two English speaking regions of Cameroon has led to a 3 years boycott of school . Thousands of internally displaced persons most of whom are women and girls have since then faced a lot of hardships including :- rape, Abductors, maiming, sex for life etc. Young girls between the ages 12 to 20 years have become stake illeterate mothers; with most of them having at least 2 babies already . It is for these reasons and more that Changing Mentalities and Empowering Groups -CHAMEG - has launched a mobile caravan to carry out a Community to Community sensitization and education campaign to urge the populations to send their children to school come September 2019. Education is a fundamental Right and thus should Not be tampered with.
