Ingredients:
1 kl - Pork belly
salt
cooking oil
for the sauce : soy sauce,vinegar,kalamansi
PROCEDURE :
Step 1 - rub with salt and after marinate for at least 4 hrs,
then rinse with tap water.
step 2. pat dry the pork belly with napkins.
Step 3. pour enough cooking oil to deep fry.
STEP 4 : SERVE with soysauce. Enjoy!
cooking tips : before frying the meat, make sure that it is dry.
fry in medium heat. always cover!
warning : the oil may splatter during the frying process so be careful :)
