After undergoing ACL reconstruction and 9 months of physical therapy and strength training, it was time for my RETURN TO SPORT test! However, on the day of the test, I was riding my bike to the therapists office when BAM! I was T-boned by a car turning left directly into me as I rode in the bike lane. I hobbled away from the accident, with a lucky bunch of bruises and a cracked saddle but needless to say, the test was rescheduled. (although my therapist joked that maybe the crash WAS my return to sports test and since my knee was fine, I PASSED!) A few months later, the test was rescheduled. This is how it went: Big shout out to Moti Physiotherapy for taking such great care of me and allowing me to film my test. If you're in LA, check them out: https://motipt.com/ And to my therapist Brian Schwabe PT : https://www.brianschwabedpt.com/ THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!
