Sama rice is easily digestible and has high nutritional value and also because of being rich in fibre, samo rice gives you a feeling of a full tummy and also helps you remain active and provides energy that's why it is also good for health and because of which it can also be used in dieting food

Sama rice - 3/4 cup
Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
Peanuts - 1tbsp
Potato - 1
Green Chilli 2 to 3
Coriander leaves
Curd for serving
Prepration time - 5min
Cooking time - 15 min
