Mrs.Vahchef is very fond of cooking and her Recipes are very unique and fit for busy women specially working women Oats potato aloo roti is most popular recipe from North India. INGREDIENTS: Oats ½ cup Wheat flour ½ cup Curry leaves(finely chopped) 1 tsp Onions(finely chopped) 1 tsp Cumin seeds ¼ tsp Green chilies(finely chopped) 1 tsp Coriander leaves(finely chopped) 1 tsp Salt To taste Potato(boiled) 1 nos Oil 2-3 tsp METHOD: 1. Heat pan and dry roast oats and transfer into blender to make powder. 2. Take a bowl, add oats powder, wheat flour, curry leaves, onions, cumin seeds, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt and mix nicely. 3. Add boiled and mashed potato and mix nicely by adding little water to make dough. 4. Add oil and knead it. 5. Divide into small portion and roll into small paratha. 6. Place it on hot pan and cook it with little oil on both sides. 7. Now oats aloo roti is ready to serve.
