I have tried Laddu Recipe at home without using brown sugar. It is quite healthy sweet recipe. This is quite interesting recipe which is easily attracted by everyone. Make sure that the oil should be in high flame 2. If you get any uneven sized boondi, then grind all those boondi using mixie only in pulse mode. 3. Ensure that the boondi should not get crispy consistency. Boondi should get cooked 3/4th portion. Then only all syrup will get mixed inside to get juicy consistency. 4. If your sugar syrup consistency is one string, Laddu will be very nice. Even if your consistency is wrong then nothing to worry. Just sprinkle water and heat the mixture gently in low flame. Then you will be able to make the balls. Try and enjoy this recipe.
