Fino Payment Bank Reversal Guideline for AEPS and Micro ATM Transaction | fino bank new update As per the revised guidelines, Credit adjustment confirmation stating that the cash is paid or not paid needs to be provided by the Merchant/ Branch User on T+1 day before 4:30 PM (T is Transaction day) Any such request received post 4:30 PM shall be actioned upon on the next working day, and in case of any penalty, respective FPB Merchant or Branch User shall be penalised In case any Merchant or Branch User has not paid cash to customer towards a successful transaction, he/she has to raise a ticket on Service Now giving the required details like (Transaction Number, Card No/ Aadhaar No, Trxn Date, Amount, TID) with ‘No cash paid status’ on T day itself (T is Transaction day) For Chargeback cases , recon team shall reject the chargeback basis the status which is reflected under LTS option In case of Pre arbitration/arbitration/ Banking ombudsman cases mail communication shall be sent to the respective channel SPOC for Cash Paid confirmation penalty of INR 100/ day from FPB Merchant/ Branch User without any further communication Hi I am Abhishek Chaurasia.
