Phil Billy's Rib Cook Off 2020

#ribs #bestbbqribrecipe #philbillymoonshine Our rib cook off of 2020 there was 6 different guys that cooked ribs, they were all great ribs. I was the only person to cook them sous vide i think that mixed with the mayo is what made them win, that probably gave me an advantage, i would like to do it sometime without sous vide and see if i stand a chance. Thanks to Quentin, Josh, Ted, Cody, and Kyle for cooking, and thanks to Joe, and Chuck for judging. It was a good time.
