She lived in Sierra Leone for most part of her childhood and attended St. Michael’s primary school and St. Joseph’s secondary school (Convent). CeCe is the true definition of a survivor. Rising from the ashes of a treacherous Sierra Leonean past, this talented songbird is an inspiration to all. In 1999 she moved to the United Kingdom where she completed her secondary school education and went on to attain Honours degree in Criminology with Law and a postgraduate education. Living in Northampton, CeCe became an active member in the Northampton County Choir, where she often sang solo piece at sold out concerts across the Midlands UK. She made connection with Sierra Leone music when she was given an opportunity to perform with Sierra Leone living legend Emmerson on his UK tour. Her performance was outstanding and described by many as nothing but “amazing”. She Brings a vibrant edge to African music with her incredibly modulated robust vocal ability. She continues to make waves in the UK and across Africa, especially in Sierra Leone. Her astounding sweet voice has led her to sing for the president of Sierra Leone and the prestigious charity event ‘Outst Ebola’ in aid of the Ebola orphans in Sierra Leone. Over the years, CeCe has performed on various stages across the world including Italy, Sweden, Sierra Leone, Marrakech and South of France. CeCe is an ambitious young woman who has relentlessly broken the mould of Sierra Leone music. She Is not only a stunning lady that comes with a beautiful voice she is also a humble wife and a loving mother who enjoys spending time with her family.
