Using Factory Settings () on the Fresh Roast SR540, plus 3 other profiles I recommend

This is mostly just a bit of fun, but towards the end of the video I have 3 recommended profiles you might want to try. This is a good roaster to experiment with, and to try different roast profiles and settings to get the flavors you like. Note that I have added a temperature probe on my stock roaster in order to get a more accurate bean temperature reading. The roaster itself has a temperature display that reads about 20 degrees F higher than the temps shown in this video. The extra temp probe is not needed to produce a good roast, I'm using it to demonstrate what is happening with these different fan and power settings.
