This New Bright Corvette looks like it should be an easy RC Hobby Grade conversion project. I am not sure how many episodes this will take. I have no intention of changing out the drive motor to give it more power. I am just interested in seeing if I can upgrade the transmitter/receiver to hobby grade 2.4 GHz, fit a LiPo battery, provide an ESC for the motor control and a servo for steering. If you have a question it is probably worth reading this video description first because the answer may already be here. To help you find my videos I made two search guides /watch/wgcHOoOSBecSH or /watch/kRYwkwgU4jZUw or checkout my playlists page /user/GrandadIsAnOldMan/playlists?flow=grid&view=1 New Bright Corvette Filmed using FujiFilm FinePix S4800 Edited using Serif MoviePlus X6 Low Pass Filter 6500 hz For the car I found this 2012 review by airsoftasain1 2.5 foot long New Bright Corvette RC car review and running test /watch/Y7Dec-jiMkhie I would say he was not very impressed by the performance. Here are the eBay listings I have used, they are probably well out of date. I am not endorsing these products I am just answering the questions people have asked. I recommend you do your own search as prices and specifications will vary. OK, I enjoy them too. If anybody else likes them, that is a bonus. I like to keep my work as simple and basic as possible so that it can be copied easily and improved by anybody who wants to try themselves. I recycle or repurpose items rather than buy new and when I do buy I like to keep it cheap. /user/GrandadIsAnOldMan
