Welcome to Kakali's Home Kitchen ------------------------------------------------------ Ingredients:- Taro Roots / Arbi- 500 gm(boiled & peeled) Amchur Powder- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder- Salt- Turmeric Powder- Cumin Powder- Coriander Powder- Whole Jeera- Carom Seeds- Mustard Oil- Method:- 1. Take a plate with boiled and peeled arbi, then press the arbi with your palm. To give a flat shape. 2. Now take a frying pan, pour half mustard oil & let it heat. 3. Then add the boiled arbi & let it fry from both the sides. 4. Take them out in a plate and keep aside. 5. In the same frying pan, pour the remaining mustard oil & let it heat. 6. Then add the ingredients except amchur Powder. 7. Cook for a while then add the amchur Powder. 8. Cook the Masala properly. 9. Then add the fried arbi and mix with the Masala. 10. Cook for 5 minutes. Cover the lid of frying pan. 11. Open the lid and turn over the arbi to see if cooked. 12. Place the Sabji in a bowl and garnish with coriander Leaves. Happy Cooking!
