No, he is not a hero but that doesn' t mean that what happened to him is okay two wrongs doesn' t make a right and to act otherwise is despicable. Whether he deserved to go to jail is irrelevant. There was no need for the police to be that rough. He was, at that moment, a danger to nobody but himself yet the officers still went in with heavy hands. That is not okay.
