LEARN HOW TO MAKE 3 SPICY HOT SAUCE RECIPES RIGHT AT HOME! LAY HO MA! If you've been following the channel for some time now, then you know that I love spicy food. And what better way to enjoy spicy food than to make your very own homemade hot sauce from scratch! Join me in this episode and learn how to make 3 delicious spicy hot sauce recipes to enjoy today! DIRECTIONS: 1. Crush the garlic leaving the peel on. Place the peppers, garlic, and red onion onto a baking tray 2. Transfer the baking tray to the oven and broil on low for 6min MANGO GINGER HOT SAUCE INGREDIENTS 5 orange scotch bonnets 1 piece garlic small piece ginger 1 cup mango 1/2 tsp turmeric 1 tbsp cane sugar 1/2 tsp salt splash olive oil 1 cup apple cider vinegar DIRECTIONS 1. Remove the stems from the orange scotch bonnets and peel the garlic 2. Place all of the ingredients into a small saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil. When it comes to a boil, simmer on medium for a couple of minutes 3. Carefully transfer the mixture to the blender. Blend on high until liquified 4. Carefully transfer to a glass bottle and store in the fridge. Enjoy for up to a month GREEN PEPPER HOT SAUCE INGREDIENTS: 5 green scotch bonnets 2 jalapenos 1 piece garlic 1 poblano pepper 2 sticks green onion 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp cane sugar splash olive oil DIRECTIONS: 1. Remove the stems from the green scotch bonnets and jalapenos. Remove the stem and seeds from the poblano. Peel the garlic and add to a small saucepan along with the peppers 2. Rough chop the green onions and add to the saucepan along with the salt, apple cider vinegar, cane sugar, and olive oil 3. Cover and bring to a boil. When it comes to a boil, simmer on medium for a few minutes. Transfer to the blender and blend on high until liquified 4. Carefully transfer to a glass bottle and store in the fridge. Enjoy for up to a month SMOKEY RED HOT SAUCE INGREDIENTS: 1 piece garlic 1/2 red onion 12 red scotch bonnets 1 tbsp cane sugar 2 dried chipotle peppers 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp chili oil (/watch/)MkVEsfsWBkIWV 1 cup apple cider vinegar DIRECTIONS: 1. Peel the garlic and remove the stems from the red scotch bonnets 2. Place all of the ingredients into a saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil. When it comes to a boil, simmer on medium for 5-6min covered 3. Transfer to the blender and blend on high until liquified 4. Carefully transfer to a glass bottle and store in the fridge.
