YouTube streak FAIL, Affiliate & AdSense Earnings, Mining Ethereum - these some of the topics in this vlog update from me, Erik at Income Grinders. Another week has passed and I have been struggling to find any decent amount of time to invest in my Income Grinders side hustle business. Mainly due to the midsummer ("Midsommar" in Swedish) holidays here in Sweden. So, during this time I decided that ease my burdens a bit and abort the 90-days YouTube challenge where I was aiming for publishing (on average) one video per day during 90 days. This decision was also made since the short amount of time that I have for side business needs to be put into other tasks: 1 - niche website migration 2 - review posts updates 1) one of my hosting providers has put a max limit of 10 websites on their platform. Since I operate about 140 niche websites I need to migrate from this provider. 2) One of my affiliate companies are soon enforcing a new policy where I in every review post need to explain how each product was tested or how I got the information that my review was based upon and link to every resource I have used. Will take time.... So, other thoughts I have right now: - perhaps schedule 1 coffee break LIVE stream once a week, probably not until after summer holidays when things hopefully are back to more normal - thinking about adding a new income stream - Mining Ethereum - I will probably read up a bit, take some notes then just try it on my old desktop and record myself trying it out in order to create a "if I can get started in X minutes, surely you can to.." I only expect to earn 1-2 USD per 24 hrs but hey, every dollar counts in the long run, right? - AdSense income are increasing still, but affiliate marketing commissions are in a downward trend. So having multiple income streams is VERY crucial as this proves. - aiming for 1-2 videos per week from now on, until fall Thats about it....have a great day!
