Stir-fry is excellent in maintaining the freshness of the vegetables, preventing them from being soggy and mushy. However, for some vegetables, stir-fry fails to cook them to the desired texture. There are three ways, blanching, steaming, and microwaving, to achieve the desired texture when used in combination with stir-fry. Which way is better? In this video, I did a comparison of these three methods. The results were surprising to me, not as expected. You might find it interesting. Take a look.
