Hey Guys in this today video I will show you how to do spider lunges. Spider Lunge exercise is a variation of the lunge, a body weight exercise. Improving mobility in the lower back area, hip and hamstrings. Activating the hamstrings and glutes. the spider lunge is a next-level mobility exercise that can help to increase flexibility, warm up your lower body, and ease tension in your hips. It is great to add spider lunge before your workout as a dynamic stretching. This workout can be done at home or and you can do it anywhere, which requires no equipment
How to do Spider Lunges:
1.Start in the push-up position(plank), with your hands on the floor shoulder-width apart.
2.Now bring your right foot to the outside of your right hand and land with a flat foot.
3.Hold for a moment and return the foot to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.
4.Maintain a strong plank position throughout.
5.Do 8-10 reps each side and complete 2 to 3 rounds.
