As part of the deal, Chelsea are reportedly considering the option of loaning Bailey back to Leverkusen for the remainder of the campaign. Bailey is a regular on Leverkusen’s right flank and his pace would add another dimension to Chelsea’s attack, which failed to break down West Ham in their 1-0 defeat at the London Stadium on Saturday.
