The number one thing you need to remember if you're in this scenario, is to keep your head up. Don't get discouraged. There are many moving parts in a launch, and just because this particular launch didn't perform doesn't have to mean the end of the line for the product that you have created. Today I want to talk about what we can do when our launches fail or performs way less than expected. My hope is that you leave this interaction with either a gameplay for navigating through a launch that you had recently, or to set you up for the future so that if this scenario comes around (which it probably will) you'll know what to do to keep moving forward.
