My 25 Days of Christmas!
Day 15: Cranberry Sauce.
Ingredients:
-40g Ginger Diced
-200g dried Cranberries
-100g frozen winter berries
-1 Orange zested & juiced
-350g port
-50g sugar
Method:
- Play all ingredients into medium sized saucepan and reduce on medium heat for around 20 minutes, then transfer to a bowl, cover and store for up to 2 weeks in the fridge. Serve and enjoy.
