Yes, I'm uploading this slightly after Christmas where I am. This was the proudest video I've done so far. I'm proud of how far I've come and it's good to acknowledge your progress, whatever it may be. If you're watching this during the festive period, don't sweat it too much! Don't stress yourself out, you can always worry about how to lose weigh when it's over- don't weigh yourself (ah ha) down mentally! I had a really good Christmas dinner, will probably work it off tomorrow, only to make space for more good food. Such is life! Will keep grinding nonetheless.
