Springtime in the City | Peartree Cutfiles DT | Scrapbook Process

#ad Hi Friends, I just love San Francisco in Spring. For this layout of the Palace of Fine Arts I have used the Hot Air Balloons cutfile and the Build a Cloud cutfile from Peartree Cutfiles. I cut the floral balloon in a smaller size so that it would appear to be further in the background on the layout. I also cut the large balloon in both the pink and the woodgrain papers before snipping off the basket and the banner from the woodgrain paper to glue on top of the pink cutfile. The cloud cut files were backed with vellum to give them a softer appearance. I have then applied some distress oxide in scattered straw to my background cardstock before adhering my photo and cut files. I have completed the layout with a title from Bramble Fox.
