A Quick Way to Relieve Tension in the Arms Feel Good Now Series Episode #27 Stress Reduction TV Feel good NOW! Step away from your desk, listen to the birds sing, and stretch your body. Shake out the tension in your wrists from working at a computer all day. Feel your feet on the ground as you push the clouds away in this short embodied practice. Notice how the fingers and wrists feel as we wiggle and float them into the air. Let go of judgment, striving the todo lists as we let go of tension in the arms and shoulders. Notice if you feel a sense of relief as we practice a tense and release technique for the shoulders. But mostly, practice being present. Listen to the birds, feel your feet on the earth, and enjoy the fresh air. Be good to yourself throughout your day and take advantage of this unusual time in your work career to go OUTSIDE for a few minutes every day and add it to your daily routine.
