Mrs.Vahchef is very fond of cooking and her Recipes are very unique and fit for busy women specially working women DESCRIPTION: This is a sweet snack recipe. It is easy and famous recipe in Andhra Pradesh. INGREDIENTS: Rice flour 500 gms Jaggery 350 gms Coconut(grated) ½ cup Cardamom powder 2 pinch Ghee 1 tbs Oil To fry METHOD: 1. Soak rice overnight and strain water and dry it, later blend into powder. 2. Take a bowl and boil jaggery, little water for 10 mins to make jaggery syrup of 1 string consistency. 3. To it add grated coconut and cook for 5 mins so that it forms a ball consistency when placed in water, like as shown in video. 4. Take a bowl and add jaggery mixture, rice flour, cardamom powder, ghee and mix nicely. 5. Apply ghee to polythene sheet and take small dumpling and press it with hands. 6. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kobbari burelu and transfer into paper towel. 7. Now kobbari burelu are ready to serve.
