Testing new PBE 9 Cultist Scaling Changes | TFT Fates | Teamfight Tactics

So with 10.21 we're trying out a change to Cultist where they scale with the star level of your champions so its not quite as flat of a breakpoint. With this game we test that out all the way to 9 cultist, and manage to pull off a really close win with it. Seems like the comp will be a bit less flat in the future!
