@TangoEchoAlphaUK7 years agoHi BuffDudes - I've recently decided that I need to sort myself out and make a change to my lifestyle. I've started eating more healthily with more protein and binging on your videos instead of dirty food! I'm currently 41 years old, 5' 10 (179cm) and 235 lbs (106kgs). Based upon previous weight, when I was much healthier, I would like to get around 90kgs and develop more muscle, shred the fat. Any chance of a 'beginners old dudes' series? I'm currently just doing general cardio and when it comes to weight, do leg press, tricep press, bicep curls (which kill me) and lat pulldowns. I would volunteer to be your guinea pig, but I am in the UK. ...
