Dragon Ball Raging Blast 2 Mod: Gohan Vs Cell

Well, it's official. I am back in the game to finish the mods that I started. I have to work out a couple kinks for the frame rate and sound quality, but other than that, we should be good to go. I didn't use my Elgato, instead I used an emulator to play raging blast 2. That way is becoming a bit for efficient in getting content out. Recording had no lag what so ever, what you see is the software messing with the frame rate. I'm currently trying to fix it and keep the same 1080P quality so it's gonna take some time.
