New Zanzibar industrial city -- new CITIES: SKYLINES longplay (districts inspired by GTA and cyberpunk). new rules:
- non-depleting resources; remain oil and ore producer
- industrial areas inspired in-game 'canon' Unique Factory companies/Trevor Philips RP lore
- more realistic development and growth: terrain leveling before building (avoid graphical clipping and uneven parking lots); no 'retcon' redevelopments (less displacing private property)
- general design improvements based on IRL ports/cities research
FYI: I chose to restart because I got to 120K population and finished unlocking all INDUSTRIES trophies, and realized basically all my oil and ore was gone -- no fun! So I restarted because I want to indefinitely have an industrial city that produces ore and oil.
