Pratibha's sharing authentic recipe of pyaaz ki khasta kachori which is very simple and can easily be made at home. Do try these kachoris once.
Ingredients:
For Filling:
1) Coriander seeds - 1 Tsp
2) Fennel seeds -1 Tsp
3) Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
Roast them and grind them together to make kachori masala powder
4) Onion - 2 large
5) Hing
6) Turmeric powder -1/2 Tsp
7) Garam masala -1/2 Tsp
8) Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 Tsp
9) Amchur powder - 1 1/2 Tsp
10) Boiled potato - 1 small
11) Salt
12) Besan - 2 Tbsp
For Kachori dough :
1) Maida - 2 cup
2) Carom seeds( Ajwain) - 1/4 Tsp
3) Salt
4) Refined vegetable oil - 4 Tbsp
Prepare a soft dough. Make small balls of dough, fill masala and press with hands to make it flat. Fry On high flame for first 10 seconds and then turn to low flame and fry the kachoris on low flame. Fry till nice golden color.
Serve:
Serve with chatpati aloo ki gravy wali sabzi or with green or red chutney.
Can also be served as chaat i.e., kachori chaat as shown in the video.
